"Given the wrong room initially. I have a family of 5 and was given king bedroom when I reserved 2 queen beds. Finally given the right room and there were dirty socks on each side of the queen beds. Clearly the rooms aren’t fully clean. Holes in the bathroom ceiling with missing vent cover."

"We’ve stayed here twice so far! Rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. The free breakfast Buffett was really good, great for a family of 5! And you can’t beat complimentary laundry facility! It’s a convenient location, too! We will definitely stay here again."

"They said I didnt pay so it took forever to check in and get my room ready, granted it was maybe new staff that didn't see all the details of the third party booking... They room didnt have soap and the shower head didnt work very well. I also didnt get a double tree cookie when I checked in... but I am an adult so I guess i shouldnt complain about that "

"Well the hotel staff was very nice form the cleaning , maintenance , front desk BUT this property is definitely under staffed in my opinion. The room cleanliness was not up to par. The floors were dingy and the sofa in the room had stuff on it. The elevator had food on the floor for two days etc. The gym was not well maintained the machines were sticky so every day I went in and personal cleaned what I needed. But you could tell they don’t clean in there. The breakfast was basically the same...

"The room was clean and comfortable. We were unhappy that we were not allowed to sit in the common area during the day. We had a whole family there and would have liked to sit and socialize together but were told the space was off limits because the desk person could not see us in case there was a medical emergency."

"The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs had a lot to choose from and the hotel breakfast was great as well. I only stayed for one night, but wished I could’ve been there all week."

"I found the breakfast choices lacking and anemic. The coffee was excellent but one morning - the muffin was stale. Very limited selections compared to other Hilton properties. The breakfast area was clean."
