"Location of hotel close to stores and highway, Check in desk: only 1 person was friendly (dont remember her name but she has 2 frenchies), all the other front desk attendants were dry and begrudgingly helped you or you were blatantly ignored/not acknowledged. "Upon check in we discovered that there were crumbs and debris on the floor of our room. After going to the front desk asking if there was a vacuum I could use, the person at the desk informed me that there was no cleaners on site at this time and that the vacuums were locked up. Thankfully he was able to get us into a different room that did not have these issues. The gym was pretty basic with some dumbbells going up to 50lb and some treadmill and elliptical machines. "The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone."

"Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes.
