"No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. "

"The property is a sub basement of a house. The entrance is through the garage and it’s tiny. Difficult to get thru the doors to the basement. The place is minimally furnished. It is located at the far north end of Richmond Hill away from commercial activities. I would not rent this place again. Owner is quick to respond to requests. "

"The room was spacious and amenities in the room were great for travelling with a family. The only thing is that the bath tub was super slippery for showers. Besides that, breakfast was great, staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. "

"Excellent staff, breakfast comes with the reservation, super clean rooms, close to shopping (winners next door, Wal-Mart, dollar store, many restaurants a walking distance). I've stayed at this hotel 3 times and wouldn't stay anywhere else"

"I love coming here, it’s definitely my home away from home! Great to have the kitchen and a separate lounge area! Staff Is fantastic, very clean and very comfortable beds. Also a great breakfast that is included with your stay. My ONLY complaint would be that they increased the charge for pets. Also I got charged 85$ X 2 because I have 2 dogs. My dogs are VERY friendly, also they both weigh 6lbs each!! I’ve stayed at many places and NEVER had to pay for both dogs. Considering the weight...
