"The hotel looks and feels fantastic, the rooms are great but my stay was dissapointing. First they did not service my room and the cleaning staff had gone by 5pm. OK, I can live with that. My BIGGEST issue was the resturant. Breakfast was fantastic, the food was fantastic but being able to eat in the resturant was limited. On my last night I went to eat at 6:30, the resturant was 25% full, they said that the earlies available time to eat was 8:00. I am at a hotel, no transportation and I cant eat in the resturant so I ordered room service. I came in paper bag like uber eats. very disapointing especially when I looked at the resturant and it is still half full. My last comment is that someone is not paying attention to basic details. In the room is a Kurig coffee maker and 2 cups, very nice. On the side of the Kurig a 3 buttons which say 8, 10 & 12 oz. The cups they provided, all fancy with the hotel name, hold 8oz. With 2 cream added the cup is very very full. I pressed 8 oz as I did not know the size of the cup but if I had pressed 10 or 12 I would have made a big mess. So nice hotel but dont expect to eat dinner in the resturant."

"The hotel was nice & a good value, however, the security staff patrolling the parking garage treat hotel guests like criminals because they have a bad element in the area. I’m a very seasoned traveler and I’ve never been told I have a time limit at my vehicle and I should “go in the hotel or leave” Mind you, the security staff looked like homeless people with a reflective vest. If I was the hotel manager I would be more concerned about them than their guy"

"Two buildings with 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL elevators. This time of year there are lots of families traveling with children. Some kids were unsupervised, jumped inside the elevator and put it out of service. This means that you'd have to go down the stairs with your luggage. It happens too often. Even though I really like this hotel and it's location, I won't stay there during the summer months."

"It was advertised on Expedia that this hotel had a pool. Sure, it had a pool, an empty pool. Same with the Jacuzzi. So much for packing bathing suits. The hotel itself wasn’t very clean and there weren’t many amenities other than soap and shampoo. It was very clear to us from the very beginning that this hotel is struggling stay afloat. We were shocked they even offered breakfast. i’d highly recommend staying elsewhere."
