"We booked two rooms for two nights. They gave us one for our sons that was located at the basement by the laundry area. The room was terrible old, dingy and the carpet was so old and dirty. The corners of the room were so filthy.
We asked for another room but they said they were booked, so we had to bear with it. No resolution from the hotel personnel unless we paid a suite for only one night and higher price , of course.
The second room was kind of ok considering the carácter of the building,...

"The location of the hotel was fantastic with a beautiful view of the Mississippi River. The staff were very friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Check-in was easy and seamless. The facility and rooms were very clean, however, there were signs of wear and tear; some dressers were scratched, paint peeling off of the bathtub, and some of the beds were a bit sunken in the middle. With all of that said, we felt safe and welcomed."

"I called the hotel for a shuttle ride from the airport and was told it would only be 10-15 minutes. I waited up to 30 minutes before calling again. I need up waiting 45 minutes total.
Also, there was some kind of event in the courtyard that went loud and late, with music blasting that woke me up at 3am."

"Very clean and comfortable room. Quality mattresses, slept as well as at home!
