"We got there lobby was nice, staff didn’t seem to welcoming, got our room 211 and checked bed and bed bug poop was on side of bed on mattress protector on top was a new bed bug with a baby one next to it, went to service desk girl didn’t even seem to care at all and gave us a different room no apologies ..."
