"The hotel is very old and clearly not well maintained. The property and rooms feel outdated and are in need of significant repairs and renovation. Several areas appeared worn and neglected, which made the overall stay uncomfortable and disappointing. I would recommend management invest in updating the rooms, improving cleanliness, and addressing the maintenance issues. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"Let me start by saying that the 2 staff members I encountered were amazing! Barbara and the General Mgr. I believe his name was Gary. They had excellent customer service skills and are very hard workers! I didn’t expect much for the price I paid… It was only $200 for 4 days and 3 nights! The hotel can use a facelift in the rooms. My room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service. The room itself was old with cracks and cobwebs, the mattresses were dirty, very soft, lumpy and flat....
