Proof of room residence print out is fine to be paper - but if you simply laminate it / get laminate machine perhaps - then people can keep it in their pocket for swimming / valley of waves access. no need for constant reprints
Not sure you have coms with valley of waves management but would be good it they restricted number of people in the main wave pool - especially stag do / lots of men / some bad behaviour / groping etc. allow space for...

"Os 25 quartos e as 7 suítes muito bem equipadas , arrumados 2 vezes por dia . Os games ( 2 por dia ) belíssimos e muito seguros ! Refeições elaboradas com muito cuidado e qualidade . Quanto aos funcionários, extremamentes educados e preocupados com cada detalhe para a hospedagem ser inesquecível. Destaco aqui nossa guia Hellen, fez cada game ser inesquecível!"

"Hotel muito bonito, limpo e com experiências personalizada. Quarto espaçoso e maravilhoso. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, gentis e profissionais. Difícil escolher qual funcionário é mais agradável e eficiente. Tivemos ótimos momentos na nossa estadia. Fomos acompanhados nos safaris pelo Sean, uma pessoa muito amável, que nos passou muita segurança e demonstrou muito conhecimento. Obviamente ama o que faz! Adoramos tudo e todos. Lembraremos de todos com muito carinho, assim como o sorriso...

"Lovely views, plenty wildlife and accomodation has a great set-up. Pathways are clear and paved but make sure to flag if you have mobility constraints sunce hilly at place and some parts more than 10 mins walk to the restaurant. Game drive into the reserve is a must. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant served tasty meals. Nothing to fault. Hope to be back in the near future."
