"Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was helpful but sometimes a bit confused, i wanted to exchange hkg dollar at the reception and i said i would specifically bring 100$ bills and they confirmed that it was okay, but when I did bring them the next day, they refused to change my money. Also, another confusion, they told us that we had a place in the shuttle to go back to the airport but once we got in the shuttle ready to leave, they made us exit and gave us our bags back and left the place for other people."

"The staff were fantastic! A special shout-out to Tony, Bobby, and Long, who were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was wonderful, the location was perfect, and our room was huge. Having a double balcony was a lovely bonus. There is construction nearby, and at night we could hear people calling out “massage, massage, massage” from across the road, along with the Bao Bun drivers. This is outside the hotel’s control, so I haven’t factored it into my rating, but it did make sleeping difficult. Providing earplugs was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I’d give this hotel 4 out of 5, especially because of the excellent staff."

"We stayed 5 nights at the Furama with our kids 13&17. I’d been wanting to stay here for years and this was our first time visiting central Vietnam. The resort is nice, the beach is nice, and we were very grateful to have been upgraded from a 2 to a 3 bedroom pool villa on check in which we appreciated, and so did the kids. It was absolutely huge! Shout out to our Butler Hieu, nothing was too much trouble and he made sure to check in on us every day, helped us with furniture re-arranging, pillows, buggies to the main resort, pickleball… etc. (Thankyou 🙏) All the staff were great. The resort is compact with the main resort separate from the villas, about a 10 min walk from our villa to main resort reception. The villas has its own beach area, restaurant (great breakfast), pool and bar, but we were there in low season so it felt a bit empty and there was more going on at the other side so that is where we ended up. The weather may have played its part, it rained 3 of the 5 days which was a bit of a dampener. The room was big but a bit soulless. Not much decoration, artwork, etc and there wasn’t really anywhere comfortable to relax with the doors open by our private pool and the couches and chairs were all uncomfortable. So it meant we never really felt inclined to chill in the room. It was also not private to the villa next door who could see straight into our lounge/pool and us into theirs, So our stay was ok, but probably didn’t meet our (admittedly, high) expectations"

"Recommendable 1st stay in Da Nang for people new to Vietnam! We arrived late in the evening to the hotel, but the staff contacted us a day prior so we were prepared. Reception is open from 10am-5pm, so we had to work with another staff onsite to get access and this was easy to do. The accommodation is located above a shop, so when it is open, you can go through the main door and take the elevator up to your room. We booked a Deluxe Studio which was spacious. For Da Nang standards (as it is a developing city and there are a lot of new construction and old buildings), the hotel was clean and functional. Bathroom was clean (toilet, shower, sink, and laundry machine were spotless). They provide small toiletries (shampoo, soap, body wash, dish detergent, no laundry detergent) and plenty of soft towels (2 hand, 2 tea-towel, 2 body). A/C was fast to cool the room and goes as low as 19C, which is so helpful for the intense humidity. Bed was extremely comfortable and we slept well. NO bugs in sight!! Wifi is good. They provide bottled water to drink/use. *Hotel is a bit dated compared to photos. *The shower leaked but there's an external drain so the water flows there. Also, for some reason the bathroom occasionally smells like poop but might be drain issues. *If your room facing the main road, it can be a little noisy due to the traffic and bars. But the room is relatively soundproof, so even our light-sleeper could fall asleep. Fortunately, other guests were also quiet!"
