"Ac was not working, always something at this property! No body says hi or thank you or your welcome. Just nothing good to say about the operation."

"The open plan layout of this suite was not worth the price paid. There was no separation of the bed and the sitting area. The heat exchange or air conditioner was so close to the bed that I banged my knee getting out of bed. I had to be careful getting in and out of bed to avoid hurting myself again. The bathroom was underwhelming. The place was old. Understandably, they were just bought out by another company. Thank goodness for the amazing front desk staff whose customer service could be performed in their sleep. Genuine smiles and helpfulness were pure satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, and if you ask beforehand, dietary needs could be met. They still accommodated guests with dietary needs on the spot. The hot tub was not relaxing as one has to stand, and there's no separate area between the pool and the hot tub. The pool area was set up quite nicely with plants and a sitting area with tables to eat it was beautiful to look over out of the window."

"Our room was spacious (2 queens) and clean. We did not use the pool but there were several families enjoying the pool and waterslide. Staff was helpful, plenty of parking, good breakfast and location is close to the main highway as well as shopping. "

"Bathroom really smelled bad and corners were dirty. Lamp shade stained and pillow case was dirty. Check in was awful. Yes we were late. Drove 8hrs to get there to watch our son play lacrosse and checked in after the game. So around 1030pm. Rang buzzer 3 times and then called. Lady finally came to check us in and basically lectured me for being too late. Will be there again next weekend and definitely won't be staying there again."

"Not what we expected at all. Check in was fine, when we got to our room very disappointed with the sofa it actually looked like they got it from the back alley, the room smelled bad, we had to spray at least twice a day. Most of the staff were nice except for two. The person at the front desk May 2, 7:30 p.m. was extremely rude to myself, my husband and a young man checking in. He could not find the young man's confirmation number and just shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't help him. I was there and just wanted to get coffee and a ice bag, he gave me three and I just asked for two more and he said, "I cannot give you anymore there is a limit (that is the first time I've ever heard that) than I asked for his name and he said, "You don't need my name." My husband went down after a while and asked for some coffee and he gave him a couple and he asked for two more and he said, "I can't give you any more these are for emergencies only." WHAT ?? My husband also asked for his name and he got the same response I did. There was no conflict resolution what so ever. I have worked in this industry and this is definitely not how staff treat guests. We will not return to this hotel and will let others know of our experience."
