"(+) Positiv - netter Empfang der Dame zu Beginn - gute Parkplätze, eigene Fernbedienung für das Tor - gepflegter kleiner Pool - geräumiges Zimmer (-) Negativ - trotz dreimaliger Kontaktaufnahme vorab bzgl. unserer Essensvorstellungen (aus Allergiegründen vegane Ernährung erforderlich) und erneuter Thematisierung bei Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Buffet geführt, an dem es nahezu ausschließlich Fleisch und Milchprodukte gab. Aus Verlegenheit wurde uns mit Brühe versalzenes Gemüse als Alternative...

"Hervorragende Lage und sehr gutes Essen Gerald’s Gift Guest House ist die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch im Addo Elephant Park. Die Lage ist optimal, um den Park bequem zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr angenehm eingerichtet – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das sehr gute Restaurant. Room was hot and couldnt keep the windows open due to no screens, people making noise outside and someone smoking near our window. No black out curtains so all night light was shining through window. The young man Hillary, tried everything to make our stay comfortable. he has a great personality."

"They are still new in the market. There were only 1 bath and face towel in the room for 2 adults. Just coffee and no tea. "

"We drove through a residential area to get to the property. It was not a nice area. There were abandoned houses, broken lampposts, high security round properties. It did not feel a safe area. No shops or restaurants. We would not have been able to walk there. We felt very uncomfortable and decided that we did not want to stay there. We have requested a refund but have been refused by hotels. Com as they say they can’t get hold of the property. I find that completely unacceptable. "
