"My family and I have been staying here for over 3-4 years, and it has never disappointed us. Regardless of the time of day or night we arrive, the staff always greets us with kindness and ensures we have everything we need. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality make every stay enjoyable. We truly appreciate the consistent quality of service and look forward to many more visits! The only thing maybe room for improvement is the continental breakfast. Besides that GREAT JOB!! "

"I stayed close to the pool and hallway felt humid and there was a musty smell. Room was smaller than pictured. Otherwise I would say it’s just ok nothing special.room was clean and staff was polite onsite restaurant was delicious."

"At the time of booking, it showed breakfast included but it was a surprise for me to see at checking that there was no breakfast included in the cost. Room was tidy except for a couple of hairs on the bedsbeet and some nails on the sofa bed."

"Like the free breakfast the most, which consists of various selection that are delicious. I am an early bird so the free breakfast really helps. Also like the free coffee and hot water that are available 24/7. I drink hot water so really appreciate the availability...Hotel staff are very friendly and the room is really clean. This hotel is always my first choice going to mainland. Thank you all and I really enjoyed my stay there."

"Excellent location, the staff was great given that they were new to the area, the facility was clean. I loved the rooftop patio but didnt use the pool. The only issue was a miss understanding of a charge for self parking on my behalf. I am not a fan of parking fees adder at a motel as the 5eason your there is because you more than likely drove there. Other than this personal peeve,I would highly recommend staying there if in the area. Very convenient to the Disney Studio but a bit further...

"It was SO CUTE! Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful when I asked to move rooms due to highway noise."

"Hotel was clean, nice area. Parking was expensive but you park in a garage underground and there’s a gate into the hotel lot which is very safe. Bathroom was a little dirty and phone in room didn’t work at all. Staff was very friendly and were readily available."
