"Warning! Fraudulent practice! Make sure to check your receipt carefully as they will add random charges on your bill. I stayed in the hotel for two nights, for the record the room was clean and the whole check-in process was smooth. It did not hold until checking out, the hotel promised that the receipt will be mailed within 1 hour after the check-out, which did not happen. I have to call in and request for it. The manager sent the receipt but I found there were repetitive charges including nuts...

"My wife and I had a great one night stay. The hotel and property were very nice and well maintained. ALL of the staff we interacted with were very nice and had great customer service skills. Front desk, housekeepers, valet and food service were all great at their jobs and made us feel very welcome. We would defintely stay here again!"

"Yes the room stood cool, I liked that the lobby also had tea, hot water, regular coffee and decaf for guest all day long. It's actually a hidden jewel. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful.
