"Le personnel est sympathique, serviable et discret. J'ai très bien dormi car la chambre est calme avec un matelas très épais et confortable. Vous avez le choix entre le petit déjeuner continental ou britannique : personnellement j'ai pris le britannique. L'hôtel est à proximité des arrêts de bus et de la gare du métro/train. Il y a aussi la possibilité de louer des vélos électriques à 1livre/30 minutes. "

"The rooms are lovely but the bar is not that great and very expensive. The food is not that great with very unhealthy food. We tried to get the room service and the food never arrived an hour later. Then, we had to walk to departure to get food."

"Great food, clean, but there are no power outlets in the bathroom. The bath is exceedingly dangerous btw with a tub a foot up and no shower door. I felt unsafe in the shower"

"Fantastic place to stay on a layover. Staff were AMAZING - let me check in a little early after a long haul red eye which I appreciated immensely!!! Comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and extremely well equipped fitness center and pool. The breakfast buffet is totally worth the 20£. Eggs and pancakes made on the spot. Walking distance to terminal 4, Elizabeth line and Underground. Wonderful hotel and my new go to for layovers at Heathrow."

"The place to stay at Heathrow. Have stayed here twice now and both times were excellent. Staff are amazing. Hotel is huge. Rooms are well appointed. It is at Terminal 5 but even with us leaving from Terminal 2 it wasn't a problem. Will meet your expectations. Will absolutely be back."
