"When I got to the hotel the TV didn’t work and then I went down to tell the staff and he asked to come in and fix it. When he came in he proceeded to tell me that this is a small tv (which it was the size of a computer monitor) and that there is only 2 rooms with that small of a TV. We asked to switch rooms and he laughed and said he is going to fix the TV. I then took a shower and the shower curtain would only stay in the middle and it was because the rod was broken. I pushed it back up but it would just fall right back down. The floor was soaked! The breakfast was terrible. Sad stay and I was stuck there for 2 days! "

"Room was clean but did have a musty smell. Construction going in and restaurant on site not open and nothing noted about this in booking. Breakfast extremely minimal and no decaf coffee available."

"When I checked in they did not have the room that they were supposed to available for me which was already an inconvenience. They did not offer any alternative or anything to apologize for this, just told me I'd be in a service room and hope that's okay because that's all they have. The shower was not working which I did not find out until I was getting ready in the morning and was not able to get anybody to come fix it quick enough before my event, and the reception staff was not very friendly in general. At checkin the person just kept reminding me how everything cost money here, It was not a very professional presentation! The rooms very spacious and clean. The windows are very thin and sounded like they were open, wind, traffic every noise was very apparent. The property looked nice but with he service provided at checkin I did not feel like experiencing any of the amenities."
