"The repairs on the room were substandard. The shower door molding was coming off. The water pressure was low. The shower leaked where the head connects to the pipe. The bathroom tile needed grout. The commode water connection was visibly rusted. The TV stand was falling apart, finish was failing or missing. Hallway wasn’t clean"

"Staff was amazing, location was great, hotel room we had was pretty big & what made it feel maybe larger was the lack of interior amenities such as a table to fill the voided space. Couch was difficult to sit on due to the lack of comfort. Bathroom needed some love as far as touch ups. Water pressure was great. Exhaust fan was non existent in the bathroom. Many light switches inside the room didn't work. TV options were very limited, couldn't even log into my personal streaming services which...

"The staff was amazing. Eddie on breakfast service was so kind and chipper helping set the mood each morning!
The location, right on the beach is perfect!
I'd love more variety in the Continental breakfast, I won't want biscuits and gravy for quite a while.
Our room, 607, had an issue with the lights above the bed closest to the balcony flickering in and out. The big lamp shade bottom was partially pulling off and the TV had lines through the top third of the screen. I didn't report these during...

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room was very clean and was better than expected. Only issue was the bathroom. The shower door let water go all over the floor and the shower head had water shooting out the side if the hose. Attendant downstairs stated that there should have been bottled water left in the room but since it wasn't we had to buy water. The breakfast was excellent and the staff of the restaurant was friendly and pleasant."
