"We chose this location because it is close to O'Hare airport and has a shuttle service. I emailed the hotel when I booked, and other emails, inquiring about the shuttle and if we could leave our car at the hotel while on our trip. Never got a response. When we checked in, found out the shuttle only starts at 0500am, not a 24 hour shuttle as offered by other hotels, and it was already full. We needed an earlier shuttle due to our flight time. "The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

The lobby is small & there was no place to sit so many people were just sitting in front of the building making it look like a corner hangout - not a good look. Most hotels will at least check whether a room is available. The front receptionist got into several disagreements with guests while I waited. The room was very dated & needs updating.
