"We had a wonderful stay overall! The location is amazing and convenient,very close( just a couple of blocks) to great restaurants and cafes in little Italy. As the previous reviews said, self parking garage is tight with narrow ramps and turns, but the hotel sent us a message to let us know about that prior to our arrival. We had a small SUV and managed just fine. There were some mid size SUV parked in the garage as well, but anything larger will be almost impossible to park.

"Overall it was an okay experience. We arrived at the check in time however, our room was still not ready.
Housekeeping only occurred every second day. The room could use some more attention to detail when cleaning. High touch areas such as the fridge, door handles, and door frames (because there’s a barn door) were filthy.
We were on the lower level so we could hear footsteps above. Walls were also super thin, we could hear loud music and conversations from other guests.
