"Our room was a room for four people. It was clean and large and roomy. The problem was for people cannot sit on one chair. How come they don't consider having a place to sit down other than on the bed? We asked if we could have one or two more chairs and was told no they were all in use. I find it quite troublesome when you can't even sit down in your room. Other than that the room was okay."

"The door to the bathroom was broke. Even if it wasn't broke, you could see through it to someone using the restroom. The air conditioning rattled all night. It's nice but not worth the money. I purposely chose it because I had a better rating and was a nicer place for my wife and kids. I should have saved two hundred dollars and choose another place. "

"The hotel is in a great location relative to the airport. Our room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was excellent and welcoming. Paid parking area was safe and steps to the back entrance. Only negative, and could have just been our room, I could hear my neighbor using the bathroom in the middle of the night when the a/c wasn't blowing."

"Overall, a really solid stay. Amy stood out the most — she was polite, helpful, and consistent from check-in to check-out. Even when she was off the clock, she still took the time to answer questions without any attitude, which says a lot. The shuttle service was convenient, and the food was good. Big shoutout to the cleaning staff — everything was well maintained — and especially to the omelet station lady, who had an amazing attitude and made mornings feel welcoming. It’s the people like that...

"Room door was open to the pool....like a two-floor motel set-up, but on the 9th floor. Had to take 2 elevators to enter/exit the room. Woken by kids screaming in the pool at 8am. The onsite "restaurant/bar" is a sad corner off the pool that didn't seem to be staffed. It was priced accordingly but the pictures make you think you're getting a deal. You're not."

"Upon check-in, we bought the shuttle to go to the port of Miami and the next morning we were catching the shuttle to go to the port. I had my 84-year-old dad with me that I’ve talked to Maria with multiple times and they were trying to tell me we can’t take the wheelchair on the shuttle and I almost had me buy an Uber, but then some woman came and offered for us to get onto the shuttle with no charge so that was great customer service. I was a bit annoyed by this whole situation, but she did...
