Das Resort an sich ist sehr schön gestaltet und bietet einige positive Punkte: Der tägliche Wäscheservice war sehr praktisch, das Fitnesscenter war gut ausgestattet und es gab viele kostenlose Aktivitäten, die man nutzen konnte. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir eine Mitarbeiterin am Pool, die freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Leider überwogen für uns aber die negativen Erfahrungen. Am Strand gab es weder...

"Place is a gem. I was below a unit and could hear the neighbors upstairs. Parking was easy if the place wasn’t fully booked, otherwise it was a little tight coming back late at night. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Room was tidy and clean. Could use some shelving over the toilet for more storage space during the stay for toiletries. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and would book it again. "

"The "suite" was a single room with a king and pullout sofa, there was no separation. So if you are traveling with children be aware that this is the same as a double queen at any other hotel room."

"The resort, staff and facilities are excellent. The location in Islamorada is great either for a few days in the keys or as a stopping point to or from Key West. We didn’t get time to use all of the facilities but there are restaurants on site, kayaks, pools, a lively beach and breakfast so you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to."
