"The only positive part of my stay was the nice gentleman who checked me in. OTHERWISE, avoid this property at all costs, especially if you have an early morning or important event the next day. The hotel itself is completely outdated and run-down. Im addition, the late night concert at the venue across the street was also so loud, with lots of yelling and constant sirens. "The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "

"Everything was very nice except for the person duty when we checked in, his mood was unprofessional and unpleasant. The hotel’s location is the best and the decor is so unique and fun! The free drink card was a very nice touch! Room was quiet, cooled perfectly and bed was comfortable. I would the hotel and just hope you are greeted properly when you check in! Didn’t ruin our time, it was vacation! "

"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!

"When I arrived it was unclear where I should park , and after parking my car in the alley I was told they were out of spaces for guests. I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion.
