"We arrived before check-in time. Our Villa wasn't ready yet, but we were allowed to use the pool, which was very much appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day. The Villa was clean and had all the amenities (fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, kettle etc) needed for a relaxing stay. The gardens looked amazing and we enjoyed a couple of swims in the nice pool. "Once anything finished in breakfast was not replaced. Staff were reluctant to open another milk packet. Porridge was finished was not replaced. Staff didn't provide extra towels for pool, adviced use the same towel in the room. They took long time to come back with the answer. Toilet seat was shorter than the actual toilet pan and it was moving too. Rooms were renovated. Toilet bathrooms looked old with no proper tiling or Grey tiling making it look unpleasant.
