Room looked nothing like photos online. Hotel is not in a good area of town. Too many undesirables hanging around the street drunk, fighting etc.

We stayed at the Hotel Beach House/ Commercial Hotel in Nambour for 2 nights. The room was relatively comfortable and satisfied our requirements as we were attending a music festival on the Sunny Coast. Positives - reasonable price, close to Nambour amenities, on-site bar and bistro, friendly staff. Room for improvement - no on- site parking (only street parking close by), no kettle in our room, but tea and coffee provided! Unable to watch wall mounted TV unless you stood in front of it and if you like stains, then you'd love the room we had!

Didn't like no appropriate parking for clients. The amount of steps to get to accommodation as I am disabled. No mention of the stairs when booking in event of people been disabled. Could bearly read in room as light was so dull. Lights above bed not working. No power point in bathroom. Not recommending accommodation

Well, there are so many things that could be upgraded in the room for a total cost of perhaps $80 or less per room! I would be happy to give my suggestions to management, for free! The rooms could be SO improved SO easily!!!

Toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year, bed was dreadfully uncomfortable, drunk & loud people both in the corridors & outside. I’ve stayed in far better for far less. I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again

Property was Central and handy to everything. Property was old and a little run down but kept nice and clean. Motel is attached to pub and bistro so can be a bit rough at times.

We picked Nambour as a base for hiking in surrounding areas. Hotel Beach House Nambour staff were great Britney was so lovely & very helpful, central location & down stairs eating area looked nice. I would not recommend staying here with children though it’s definitely not for family or kids. Our room was very old and worn it could definitely be painted & renovated. Perfect for a weekend away with the boys on the booze.

The room they had for us lost key then gave us room with bathroom sink blocked. Room was dirty, jug still had water in it. Test tag on jug well over due 2016. People running up and down isle ways slamming doors. Needs to be refurbished big time fridge still dirty. Overall not worth $105 a night. Who ever cleans sack them or pay them more!
