"Advised them that we would be arriving late.They said that was OK and would send us a SMS on the first day of our visit with instructions to enter the resort. Maybe this SMS was sent to Hotels.com as we didn’t receive it. After a while, some cleaning staff noticed us and let us in."

"The room was very bare , the only thing we had was a small kettle , and coffee , tea and sugar . The bathroom floor was filthy , the grout was supposed to be white it was full of dirt , and the floor hadn’t been mopped before we got there, very disappointing."
