"Parking maybe a bit narrow for big cars with bikes/kayaks. But location is ideal. Easy to go anywhere. Shared laundry between the two units up and downstairs is great. I wish it had an air-fryer. It would be much easier to prep/ heat up some food. But I do understand the concern about fire safety. ..."
