"We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. "The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold."

"The staff at the hotel were warm and incredibly helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet always had a great variety of options. There was always excellent security on duty around the clock. It is the only place I will consider staying at if I head back that way."

"Everything was great. The location was perfect, there are a few good restaurants in the hotel and many just outside, plus shopping and the park. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the gym was well equipped. There are also free fitness classes and a pool. We had a comfortable stay, would definitely return!"

"Dinner so salty and they just said a free dessert. I booked a table one I arrived I didn’t have my table, “sorry it was taken” I couldn’t sleep because my room 215 had some machine I don’t know what kind but it was making noise the whole night. The only nice thing the cafeteria close to the Hotel 227…."

"The property is very clean and well maintained. Although an older building, there are many updates to the rooms. The buffet breakfast is terrific. The staff are very helpful checking in and out, changing rooms, and getting taxis (they have a fleet of drivers)."

"The property is located in a great location in Quito, lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to press a buzzer to have a staff member come and physically let you in every time. An automated unlock would be nice but not huge issue. The breakfast was good, they cooked fresh eggs to your liking. The only detractor was some cleanliness issues with our room, mainly a used bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest....

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."
