"Clean and safe. Close to mall and restaurants. I was there for access to Banner Heart. They do have a discount for patient’s families but I didn’t know until later… good to know just in case for future."

"We had a Kitchen in theory, as we had no microwave and no pots and pans to use for the stove/oven. The fridge didn't keep things very cold. The wifi was spotty and not particularly reliable as we had to use our cellphone as a hotspot. We had to ask for the password and network. Basically, if you want a basic crash and burn place this is fine. The AC was fine, but there were no trash cans in the room. "

"You definitely get what you pay for. Hotel smells like, dog, cigarettes, pot, bad cleaner on whatever they use in the hotel. There was work done in the room but was either done quickly or for cheep. Bathroom fixtures all practically falling off, bathtub could not take a bath as no stopper. King room was end of hall nice that it was away from noise of other rooms but noise of traffic was insane. Pool was less than desirable and hottub out of service. The hotel staff at counter was excellent at...

"I only stayed for one night. I checked in around 9pm and got my room key right away. The two biggest things I noticed was the shower was way too hot and no way to cool it down and the WIFI was extremely spotty and not a good connection for the most part. The shower worked in the morning with no issues and the AC was working extremely well, I woke up in the middle of the night freezing! I was happy that checkout was at 11am. I did not use any other amenities while staying here."

"I made a reservation for this hotel. When I went to find my reservation, I could not find it. I never received any email notifications prior to the reservation. Consequently, I reserved another room at another hotel. I was charged for the room even though I did not stay there typically hotels will email you the day of arrival to say they are expecting you. I never received such an email or text."

"First, at check-in the GM noticed my fiance was with me (not staying) and immediately insisted that I give him $20 because I booked only 1 traveller staying. I explained that he was only helping me with my bags and having lunch with me before he went home. He wasnt staying. He wanted to know when he would be leaving. "We thought we had scored an amazing deal on a 2 queen kitchenette room... turns out the only thing getting a good deal was the hotel. 😑 The "no refunds" policy suddenly made a whole lot of sense. Our room was filthy, run down, and the A/C was basically decorative. It was 92°F when we checked in and still in the mid-80s by checkout. We asked for another room, but the only available one somehow looked even worse: broken blinds with screws sticking out, no privacy, dirty beds, food all over the...

"Had to move rooms because the upstairs tenent was walking and running all night. I couldn't sleep. so they moved me to a smoking room. Plus the AC was loud as a truck. I wish they gave me half my money back. Cause I left at 4 in the morning still with sleep."
