Close to West Bay Street, The Fish Fry maket, restaurant is pretty close specially if you like walking. In the evening they have a lovely atmosphere and great opportunities to meet other travelers. "The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

"Overall Baha mar is a beautiful place with beautiful pools, beach, hotel rooms. Plenty to do for kids as well as adults. What is terrible is the service. It is almost impossible to get any type of service wether it’s housekeeping, bar, dinner, or pool service. It is evident why: There is an automatic 15 percent service charge on every bill. "Normally don’t stay at large resorts but this one was beautiful. Just a warning you will do a lot of walking and waking up early to grab seats. The food was just okay It was very pricey if your used to going to an all inclusive be prepared to spend an additional 2 grand on food."

"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "
