"The room was not clean. Dirty tissues on the couch, crumbs on the couch, floor had dirt and hair on it. No mats for wet feet as you walk up the stairs. It was raining as we got there - no hand out map to find your way."

"We’ve visited the Wyndham in Torquay 3 times now, and in this occasion we were disappointed with the state of the room. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, the black out blinds had a broken cord so we couldn’t roll them up, there was broken door handle. I notified the reception but they did nothing about it. Very disappointing"
