"Yes. Very nice check in person. Room clean, nice amenities! Only negative thing is I wish they told me how to actually get to the hotel and park(i.e. Park here etc ). We figured it out but if the hotel gave driving directions that would have been nice."

"Das Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar ist so schön. Die Hotelzimmer sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, trotzdem sauber und total ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel sind freundlich, ausgeglichen und umwerfend hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sowas von lecker und nicht teuer. Nicht für gehbehinderte Menschen geeignet, gibt steile Treppen. Das Hotel kann ich wirklich empfehlen, wenn man Gemütlichkeit und Service sucht."

"Een 10 geven aan een hotel doen we niet vaak. In dit geval is het meer dan verdient. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en klantgericht. De kamer is schoon ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. De lokatie in de stad is top! Het ontbijt tot slot, is uitmuntend en ook nu behulpzaam personeel dat je alles wijst wat nodig is. Geweldig! Een aanrader voor een ieder die niet alleen wil genieten van het mooie Haarlem, maar zich graag laat verwennen door dit uitmuntende hotel."
