"Had a nice time over at the the Ponderosa lounge to see some live music and was nice not to drive home afterwards due to a bit of drinking. The Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast the next morning was a nice bonus!"

But 2 things put me off 1 the listings say king size beds when we went to say something to the front desk person to report the problem of having a queen size bed but he insisted the hotel only has king size beds and made my boyfriend and I question ourselves. So we got a tape measure and sure enough it was the size of a queen. Other thing that kinda sucked was the pool was closed the entire stay we had to go ask why when we...

"The room was clean and despite the building being around for awhile, the “resort feel” around the pool and the views looking out at the River were great. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. Not sure if it’s the case for every room but our bed was pretty uncomfortable and sunken in the middle so we didn’t sleep the best. But the staff was nice and the grounds are massive and beautiful so if we could ensure the bed was better I’m sure we’d come again in the future."

"The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!"

"I would not stay here again. Not because the room was bad but because it is in an area with alot of drug use, selling drugs, homeless people and tweekers. Didn't feel safe staying there even with a night time security guard making rounds. Beds were very comfortable and our room was clean."

"You really can't go wrong with a Hampton in. They check all the boxes. Never have had a bad experience at one. Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent. Staff is always friendly."
