"The ice machine was broken so we had no ice. The floors looked ok, but if you walked barefoot your feet got dirty. They probably mop with dirty water."

"The so called continental breakfast was lacking. It consisted of bananas, waffles, yogurt, and coffee and cereal. That is the worst continental breakfast I’ve ever experienced. The staff was unfriendly didn’t even acknowledge you when you walked into the lobby. The room was not clean daily. They only replaced our towels. They didn’t make the beds and didn’t vacuum."

"The room was dirty, I booked through Expedia and got a call the day before and was told I had to pay right then or the room would be given away. It smelled, the towels were dirty and it just was all around not comfortable. I usually give the benefit but I honestly wont stay here again. We stayed two years ago and it was decent, not sure what happened."

"We arrived in town around 1:00pm, knowing our concert was going to last until midnight we asked to check in early. Even though it was obvious they were going to have vacancies we were not allowed to check in early. The breakfast was mediocre. No cream cheese for bagels which was about all that was available other than cereal."
