"this place was dirty and rundown. hardwood floor was dirty. tub was dirty and nasty. towels were dirty. no closet. paint in hallway and room looked chipped. one of the worst places I've ever stayed in my life. staff was actually helpful when I asked for extra blankets, but unfortunately the blankets they gave me had numerous holes in them. just a bad look all the way around. I can't believe I paid as much $$ as I did to stay at this place. I really deserve a refund."

"We booked a room when visiting Owego during the Big Boy Locomotive tour. The staff was super friendly and the motel was very close to the train track."
