"I travel a lot and I just cannot recommend this hotel. Check in went fairly smoothly. We were in town for the March Madness tournament. Trying to order room service from the room phone took 4 attempts as the phone was old and didn’t work well. Breakfast at the Grange restaurant had terrible service as they were understaffed and unorganized. Coffee arrived without condiments or a spoon. Food order taken, but food never arrived. "Our second time staying at Parkside. The ambiance is fantastic, the rooms are charming, the jacuzzi tubs and large showers are romantic, and everything fun in Sacramento is only a short distance away. We'll be returning, definitely!"
