"Checkin keep in mind this an apartment not a hotel also in a very busy location in Soho. No instructions before arrival and communications with the host was a challenge (poor English) After hours eventually got access. The apartment is modern well laid out but as advertised no aircon and with recent temperatures in London that was a problem. 2 fans were provided but they made little difference. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."
