"I only found out there was no receptionist present at the property. I did not receive a code in my email, luckily there was another person staying there that gave me the number for the receptionist and that how I got the code to the front door and my room. The room is clean , my only concern was need to open the window to get some air since its warm inside the room . The window open up to roof from another structure and I feel its not safe since it can easily be climbed into and access the room. Parking is sufficient for few vehicle ... its convenient to shops and airport."

"This was a fun hotel in a beautiful location and the restaurant next door had such great food and ambiance. The hot tub and sauna in the back are really fun. The only downside, which is a problem for most hotels in Iceland, is that the water in the bathroom really smells like sulfur. The free morning continental breakfast was amazing!"

"Very convenient to the airport. Nice hotel with friendly staff and a reasonable restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. However, the hotel does feel dated, particularly for the price."

"Check-in process was great! They didn't tell you that your door code was also the code to the actual property. The room was smaller than we imagined. I thought the kitchenette was inside the room. We stayed in the private bathroom room. The kitchenette is communal. Our room itself was clean. The communal kitchen floor was dirty. The towels were luxury towels. It had ample parking. Gas stations near by. The dishwasher was semi broken. There was one tea towel, the kitchen paper ran out and wasn't replenished even though the cleaners were in that day. Cleaning schedule not published. Had to look at the fire plan to see which was our room, as it didn't have a number. No one takes your food from the fridge it was very nice. It was lacking in pans cutlery and bowls, a grater, strainer. It was lovely, we would stay here again! It had a lovely family feel."
