"It was a great place to get over jet lag. Except for some noises near the elevator place was pretty quiet and bed was extremely comfortable"

"Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. Later, due to a change in my travel plans, I wanted to extend my stay, but the hotel was completely sold out. We had no choice but...

"Such a great hotel for long stay! Front desk staff were lovely and helpful! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure that my room was clean and was restocked with amenities. Hotel itself is surrounded by many tasty food spots and many metro/bus stations! When I come back to Seoul, I’ll make sure to stay in the same hotel for long stay!"

"All essential amenities and super helpful staffs."

"Super clean and incredibly comfortable bed. Close to public transit. Would be happy to stay there again."

"All good!"

"Small rooms with no bathroom privacy. Breakfast was not worth the price either. No allergy friendly options."

"All of the staff were very kind and helpful."

"Recommend this hotel for anyone who plans to be near Myeongdong with easy access to Airport bus to Incheon airport. Room is nicely renovated and spacious. Breakfast on the second floor is adequate if you enjoy western bagel breakfast. The lighting for the room is inconvenient since it's only at the entrance. Shower is also designed oddly with no edge to keep water in as there is only a piece of glass between the shower and basin. There is also only two coat hangers which is frustrating."

"Hotel was clean, modern & the airport bus stop is just behind the hotel. A 7-11 is across the street so it was great to be able to pick up drinks & snacks anytime. The staff were all professional & very friendly! Just beware if you book a room with 2 beds, that the window is very small & it looks at the wall of the Four Points Sheraton next door. Slight downside for food was the restaurant next door, for our breakfasts (we paid to have breakfasts included). The place opened only at 9:30am,...

"Beautiful hotel, lovely restaurant with amazing and assorted choices of food and very friendly and helpful staff. The room service menu is vast and really delicious."

"Excellent location with direct access to the subway station, and the staff provided good service. However, the room felt quite humid and had a musty smell when we first entered. This made the room feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. We stayed for three nights."
