"The hotel’s location was great (could use better signage- it’s across the street from the gelato shop). The staff was very helpful with any request. It’s less than a six minute walk to bus stop #6 where there is pick up and drop off for tours. The room was comfortable and clean. TV has English channels. If you use a wash cloth (I do), bring your own (I did). The breakfast was okay. There is selection of foods, but nothing hot. "

"This was my second time staying at Kvosin downtown hotel and it was exceptional both times. Customer service at the front desk was top notch. They were so gracious and helpful with everything from lending us a power adapter to giving us a heads up on street closures, to helping me figure out how to use the induction cooktop in our kitchen.
