"Excellent host, friendly and helpful to locate points of interest. As other reviews mention, the location is above restaurants and you will hear talking, singing, screaming until midnight. The bathroom could use renovations. All that to be said, it was clean and comfortable with a fantastic location just inside the pile gate! "

"I can’t say enough good things about the staff here. I took some time off and needed to get away - it was off season, but these guys are on top of it. Room service was great. They handled my spa services. Even made me a to go lunch since I had a very early flight the day I left. I highly recommend this hotel. "夏のシーズンに本格的に開業するようで3年目のシーズン始まり10日目に宿泊した 朝食は綺麗に並べられていており特別なものはないけれど美味しく頂いた 夜に15分程停電した 部屋の窓は立て付けが悪いのかロックをしても遮光カーテンが揺れるほど風が入ってきていた 冬は寒いと思う、、、冬は営業していないので宿泊者はいないけれど今一度全館空調等点検した方がいいと思う スタッフはみな親切でフレンドリー ホテルは坂の上にあるので私達年寄りにはキツイ"
