No English menu in the restaurant and no info about reservation for dinner or the spa from front desk. I’m pregnant and get ill if I get to hungry, and I know it’s not your problem, ..."

"A horrible stay ! The air condition did not work and had not done it for a while. Room temperature around 28˚C and impossible to sleep. How can a so called very good hotel not care about their guests in the heat ? In addition, the wifi was VERY slow and it was not even possible to read the news."
