"We went for a relaxing spa.
Firstly, the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, one of the hottest days so far, was told they would check and in the meantime there was a fan in the cupboard. No fan, but a heater!! Phoned reception again to let them know and then said they would come back to me. Went to reception and we changed rooms which was a much better room anyway.
We used the pool facilities which were nice enough but unfortunately there were 2 children in particular who screamed constantly and it was so loud in such a small environment. We have no issue with children at all playing etc but the screaming was not fair for other guests who were there to relax. This did spoil it a bit to be honest.
In the morning breakfast was lovely and back to the spa. Children playing, no problem.
Criticism: only 6 sunbeds!!
Went back to our room for a shower before returning home and we had no hot water!"
