"The staff was pleasant at check-in and the breakfast spread was amazing. What I did not like was the non response to the no less than 7 calls to the front desk about a noise issue that lasted for hours above our room. It sounded like people jumping off of beds and we even reported hearing screaming. I really did not appreciate being ignored"

"This was such an amazing find just a few blocks walking distance from downtown Eugene: easy onsite parking, ground meticulously maintained, staff went above/beyond in all ways, beautiful time-period room, complimentary wine each evening and the breakfast offered was gourmet level! Cannot say enough positive comments about Campbell House Inn & already looking forward to our next stay."

"Kind front desk staff. Room ready on time, and very clean & spacious. I reserved a river view room but as it was on the 1rst floor, the view was obscured by shrubs. Disappointed at first, but then I realized it provided privacy from the bike path. Bed extremely comfortable. Nice having a mini fridge. Overall a very peaceful & enjoyable stay!"

"Simple, clean motel with comfy beds and pillow that's very close to UO. It's not fancy but, if you want someplace to rest well and take a good shower (strong water pressure!) at a good rate, this is it. And the staff was really friendly! "

"I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Check-in was a breeze. My room was very spacious, a super comfortable bed, lots of pillows, coffee, mini-fridge, and microwave. Each room has a small deck with a little table and a couple of chairs. The pool area was very clean. I had delicious sliders and an old-fashioned in the bar for dinner. "Royal Inn was just what I needed for a busy weekend.It was close to my event, clean, quiet and nicely updated. With a large fridge, coffee maker, and friendly, flexible staff it was a great home base."

"I go to Eugene fairly often and this was the1st time I've stayed @ the Courtesy Inn and it was very nice. Rooms are spacious and everything was very clean. A little dated but just what you'd expect from a hotel of this age. Definitely stay here again."

"Nice, clean, hip, and affordable. Not a property for everyone….but I liked it. Close to stadium and plenty to do within walking distance. If you expect ultra hip luxury, this will disappoint. If you expect value, location, and a bed and shower, this place is perfect for the right price."
