"This hotel was nice enough, but not quite as nice as pictured."

"Good clean room for a one night stay in Rock Springs. Sheets were clean and bed was comfy. The non-smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Bought an air freshener to try and help with the smell because we didn't want to deal with moving rooms after a long day driving."

"The owner is very friendly. The place is vintage, so understand it's not ultramodern. It's in the style of the old motor courts. That said, the place is clean and has full sized refrigerators. The beds and the linens are new. The parking is in front of the rooms and open to the street. The motel is on a quiet street, not next to the interstate. The police station is across the road. You couldn't hear any traffic later in the night. There was a full tub and shower in the second room we rented....

"For the price it wasn’t too bad, but overall would not stay there again. Paid extra for a “suite” for 4 guests and 2 dogs. The “suite” was so small that there literally was no closet, just a 4 hooks on a wall. We had dogs, there are dogs stations with trash and bags to pick up after your dogs, but the bags were empty. I went back to my room to get something to pic up after the my dogs with, but I saw two others groups with dogs not picking up after them. Long story short, pics look far bigger...

"Ok, say something nice. The people here are super friendly and the rate, well for $33.21 I didn't figure I'd get much but couldn't pass it up. The room was like very nice, about 30 years ago. Should I complain for such a low rate? I only have 2 requirements of any hotel. Clean and the ac needs to work. The ac was great. Almost froze me out. The cleanliness part however, the amount of hair in the sheets, on the dresser, on the table was just gross. There was trash behind the bed and some...

"I arrived 30 minutes prior to check in time. Was told that no room was available. Staff cleaning. Not so. There was not a single staff member to be seen. Made me wait. To what purpose I do not know."
