"Good hotel, not exceptional. TV in the room worked, but kept pixelating and couldn’t watch. Rang for room service , no one answered, kept ringing off."

"The staff were helpful and the room was great. Just very warm and no air con. Also no mini bar/ fridge in room made it difficult to stay cool on the hottest day of the year. But the pool came on handy for that."

"Tidy room, spacious for one so I would imagine pretty decent for two. Working aircon which was a blessing during the heatwave. Very kind staff helped me with early check-in, and holding luggage before and after the stay. Easy walk to the Metropole for a convention and Resorts World for ..."
