"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We had a great time staying at Ramla Bay Resort! We had the all-inclusive experience that interestingly didn't include drinks (not even water). The food was surprisingly good at the two main restaurants Solaris and Terra. The hotel has easy and convenient access to the beach, though there was a little bit of trash in the water which is not the hotel's fault but the public's. Still the hotel could do something to help clean it up. The room was spacious. We had 1 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms! Also we had the most amazing views of the sea and the island of Comino. There were several non-included bars and restaurants on site. What we missed is some form of entertainment at night like in other all-inclusive resorts we have stayed previously. It was kind of dead after dinner, so if you didn't go into Mellieha, there was nothing else to do at night. The staff was super friendly. A few minor issues like the ones mentioned above such as the bathroom flush button coming off the wall randomly and or the safe box not opening keeps me from giving it 5 stars"
