"Stayed here for three nights when visiting Interlaken and nearby attractions. Hotel is just across the bridge from the Interlaken West station so it was easy to walk with big suitcase. View from the hotel was excellent. The hotel building is old architectural but well maintained. Apparently some remodeling were being done to few sections but there is no inconvenience. Hotel lobby looks nice and staff are great. Room was good size and don’t feel cramped even after keeping two big and two small suitcases. Bathroom is of good size. The shampoo and body wash are provided in small pouches which is minor inconvenience but ok. The breakfast included is nice and have good choices. Couple of fans were provided and used few times as it wasn’t that hot. But it could be a problem if it is really hot weather.
Overall experience is great hotel , great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay."
"Gorgeous hotel with an incredible view. We sat on the porch every night taking in the mountains. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and free. The staff was incredibly helpful on recommendations, dinner, bookings, and providing extras like converters."
Royal St. Georges Hotel Interlaken - MGallery Collection
10/10 Excellent
"Good breakfast with a lot of selection. Very convenient and close to train station and all activities. Very clean and bed and sheets very comfortable. We loved our stay. Thank you and will definitely stay here again when we come back"
"The only issue was the air conditioning. Even after talking with staff they turned the air as low as it could be and it was still somewhat warm. Otherwise the experience was great."
"Wonderful location and a beautiful old-style ski-resort hotel. The views are stunning. Only a 4 minute walk from the train station. We would recommend this hotel with only one caveat...there is no AC and it was very hot in mid-June. (We had to sleep with windows open which let in a couple of flies that bugged us all night!) I hate to think what it would be like in August. Lovely staff and nice meal with an incredible view"
"The apartment was very spacious and clean. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals. It was located right in front of the train which made it extremely convenient. The only negative thing is that there was no ventilation even with the windows open. I would request an apartment with windows facing the rail road tracks as fresh air comes from that direction. Our rooms had the windows towards the road so there was no ventilation which made it hard to sleep at night, even with the fans that were in the rooms."
