Das Hotel liegt in der Industriezone, somit für Touristen vielleicht weniger interessant, dafür ist es Ruhig und es hat viele Parkplätze (Parkhaus) Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und alles ist noch top in schuss und gepflegt. "the room was huge, very nice, and had a really nice view of the alps. the staff was very friendly and the amenities were free. I definitely recommend. The hotel was right next to train station as well so it made it really convenient especially if you are tired from snowboarding/skiing all day"

"Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"Close to train station - it’s a bunk house/hostel rather than a hotel - OK for an overnight stay shower OK bed was not the best for me personally. But OK for our one night for the Glacier Express. I know accom is at. premium in Zermatt but I will make sure I look closer as to what things are called hotels on our next visit "

"I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location was perfect. Looking at the mountains and snow falling every morning and evening was a dream. Easy access to restaurants, COOP grocery store and equipment rentals. Train is a 10 minute walk to get to the lifts and main skiing areas. The staff is amazing at Hotel Spinne, they were helpful and friendly. It was raining one of the evenings we were going out and they had umbrellas to use for guests. We also were leaving in the morning before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare us a breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. When i tell you we could not have been more grateful for that as we had a 5hr travel ahead of us with tight train connections. Truly above and beyond hotel. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again. "
