"Sin duda alguna volvería! Primero tienes que llegar a la recepción, para que te indiquen en qué casa está tu apartamento. Súper completo, tiene estufa, horno y todos los utensilios que necesites. Hay un súper cerca en donde puedes comprar lo necesario. El apartamento tiene muy buen tamaño, el baño está bastante bien y amplio . "

"Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt fantastisch im Maloja Palace. Vom Check-in bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist phaenomenal. Jederzeit hilfsbereit und unglaublich freundlich. Das Hotel ansich ist schon eine Reise wert. Jeder Aufenthalt ist eine Zeitreise in eine Epoche des Tourismus Anfang des letzten Jahrhunderts. "The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The perfect place to spend 3 days in Zermatt. Kitchen had what we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Laundry facilities, which was greatly needed. Beautiful view of the town of Zermatt and a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Rental office very responsive and great to work with. They scheduled a taxi for us at a discounted rate when we arrived and left. Love this place! "
