"We enjoyed our stay"

"Beautiful hotel, excellent food and a stunning spa!"

"We had a beautiful room with balcony and wonderful views. We did not frequent the restaurant or any other amenities so I cannot comment on them. The staff were accommodating and the overall stay and location was great."

"The staff went all out to make our stay feel the most confortable and welcoming I have ever felt in a hotel. Friendly, knowledgeable, they definitely went the extra mile. The spa, the location, the grounds, all were just stunningly beautiful. Walkable to the center of the shops, restaurants and coffee places. I would live there if I could. It is just an amazing hotel."

"Rooms were nice and clean and location was great"

"The rooms were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming! When a nearby fire stopped all train services and left us feeling extremely anxious, they were incredibly helpful—kept us updated with the latest information and gave us a safe place to wait. I am so truly grateful we stayed here!"

"Great location with beautiful views. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were amazing with a wonderful view and a very comfortable bed. Getting the bus was no problem stopped right outside the hotel, there was also a courtesy bus into Luganda where you can get a boat around the lake stopping at villages on route. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."
