Great place, no taxi’s which required long waits. Thank you to Susanna, who really helped us find a taxi from the ferry late. We couldn’t thank her enough. Room was nice as was the pool. Had dinner 1-night and we are glad we did.

Best hotel in Switzerland

My favourite hotel in Switzerland so far ! The decor is stylish and comfortable. The staff is amazing. Our room has a balcony with the Matterhorn view. We love the breakfast and the spa. The spa is very interestingly designed and it’s free for the guests. Great experience!

Absolutely lovely stay in the family suite. The staff stored our luggage for us, when we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome tea was a wonderful surprise, and the breakfast was great. the room was beautiful, and very clean. My kids loved the use of the hot tub and cold plunge. Easily walkable from the train station, and great location downtown!! Would absolutely come back!

Personal súper nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and located near shops and restaurants (walking distance). The rooms are super cozy. The spa is included in the price of the room and it is about experiencing the creation. You will love it. Breakfast is also included and it is delicious and has variaty. Love staying there

The hotel is very well located and easy to access from the shuttle station on foot with suitcases. Our room had a terrific view of the Matterhorn. The staff were very courteous and the included breakfast was sufficient. The air conditioning lacked power to cool the room in the heat of summer but it was better than no A.C at all. Would return to the same hotel in the future.

Where do I start. We had booked for two nights but got hit with an incredible, once in a century, snowstorm. This led to nearly 2 days of no electricity and three days of no trains leading to us needing to stay four nights instead. I can’t praise the management and staff enough for the care, service and hospitality they showered on us. What could have been a nightmare turned in to an unforgettable experience and we can’t thank them enough.
