"Great hotel, centrally situated, about 10 min walk from the train station and 1 min from the Zytglogge (famous clock)/ old town. Staff were very helpful, checked us in early at no extra charge. Can hold your luggage if needed and provide umbrellas if it’s raining. There’s a bar and a restaurant, but we didn’t get a chance to try them. Had an espresso machine and all the necessary amenities. Would love to stay here again!"

"Ich hatte mir zum Abschluss meiner Schweiz-Reise dieses 5-Sterne-Hotel gegönnt - und war fassungslos, als ich (wie immer in Hotels) das Bett inspiziert habe: Unter dem sauberen oberen Laken befand sich ein stark verdeckter Schonbezug mit Haaren, Schmutzkörnern etc. So etwas geht gar nicht! Nirgendwo, und erst recht nicht in einem 5-Sterne-Haus!!! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat auf meine Beschwerde sehr professionell reagiert, sich das Bett angeschaut und mich zu Essen und Trinken auf der...
