"Nice hotel"

"The room was very clean. Tbh cleaner than most other top brand names."

"We needed one night as we were passing through, and this hotel worked for that, though I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The lobby area was half nice. Restaurant and bar were non operational. The hallways were gross. The elevator was even more gross. Our room was newly renovated and was comfortable. The walls are thin, and there was a couple dispute somewhere near our room that sounded like they were next door. It's convenient to the highway."

"This is a "you get what you pay for" property...Fairly inexpensive, but an old, not at all upgraded facility. Had some odors, soap left over on the tub from previous guest, NO coffee. Refrigerator worked well...but strange note to close the bathroom door when using the shower because the steam sets off the fire alarm. Had the fire alarm gone off, the charge was $250 to pay for the fire dep't call. Very strange arrangement. This may be a property you want to avoid."

"The suite was spacious! Loved the freebies…drinks, dinner, popcorn and the breakfast! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful! Definitely would stay here again!"

"Our fridge unit started vibrating halfway through our stay (very loud and annoying) and upon inspection found that it wasnt sealing properly and was completely frozen over in the back (needs a new seal for the door and just a defrost cycle- was at least keeping things cold) and the the bed feels like it had a huge divot in the center so was uncomfortable for long periods (probably fine if the bed is flipped-slept on the edges of the bed just fine) but the stay was pretty good otherwise, the...

"I was a comfortable space"

"We stepped into the elevator and found a filthy rug. Our bedroom bathroom did not have light enough for us to use the mirror. The smoke detector appeared to be dysfunctional. We went to breakfast at 7:30 AM on a Sunday and found many basic items missing like fruit, bread for toast, and hard-boiled eggs. They did have sausage patties and strange little egg omelettes that were warmed over many times. I think this is not Holiday Inn express standards. At least I sure hope so. We went there...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was clean. Bathroom was clean. But the building/room needed a deep clean. There was heavy dust in the corners of the room/hallways/lounge. Building could use a major update. There was chippy plaster on the hallway walls. The outside of the building was unkept. Trash in the landscaping. Needed new mulch. Parking lot had a lot of debris. We did not eat the breakfast so I can not speak about that."
